How long does shipping take?

Thanks to our own warehouse management, we can offer particularly fast shipping. Your package usually goes out the same day you order.

Where are the orders shipped from?

We ship all orders directly from our own warehouse in Munich, Germany. This allows us to maintain full control over our processes and ensure that no external influences affect quality or shipping.

Do I have to pay additional customs duties?

No customs fees apply within the EU. In some countries outside the EU, including the USA, additional charges may occur. The required customs declaration is printed on the shipping label. Shipping to Switzerland, the USA, Norway, or the UK has always worked smoothly so far.

Where are the products manufactured?

Over the years, we have carefully refined our network of producers in Bangladesh, Pakistan, and China to raise the quality of our products year after year. For some pieces, we also added a personal touch by hand-screen-printing them in Germany. However, we are now letting go of this in-house process and shifting fully to external production – running our own production in Germany is simply not sustainable for a small independent brand.

Can I return items?

You can return ordered items within 14 days. A flat rate of €5 will be charged for the return, which we will deduct from your refund. Registering the return is easy via ourReturns and tracking portal.
